What it does not cover

The full hearing assessment is separate — ৳ 1,600, about 35 minutes.
There is no instalment or EMI scheme. Cash, card, bKash and Bangla QR.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, fire, tearing, and water damage — in that case a replacement is 60% of the price.
Once sold, a device is not taken back. So try it in the centre before you decide.

Who is the Resound omnia 4 CIC for?

For mild to profound hearing loss. Handles the hardest rooms best — markets, weddings, restaurants — though no device matches a normal ear there. The final choice is settled after the audiogram — recommending a device without seeing the ear is not something we do.

How does it sit in the ear, and will people see it?

The device sits entirely inside the canal and cannot be seen. Being small it has less power, and it can be fiddly if your hands are unsteady.

Can I hear it before buying?

Yes. We programme it to your audiogram and you wear it in the centre. Do note that once sold a device is not taken back, so take your time in that sitting and ask everything you want to ask.
