What is the best way to maximize the performance of my hearing aid battery? Turn off your hearing aid when not in use, store it somewhere safe and dry (never leave it on the bathroom counter while you shower), and leave the battery compartment open to get the best performance out of it and prevent it from being drained. This will also help prevent corrosion, which is bad for hearing aids. To ensure that batteries retain their best performance for when you need them, only purchase enough batteries to last you six to twelve months.

Can I hear it before buying?
Yes. We programme it to your audiogram and you wear it in the centre. Do note that once sold a device is not taken back, so take your time in that sitting and ask everything you want to ask.
